@The Mburu,

I wish you a lovely day.

The easiest way without extensive cost is to take snaps of the whiteboard and store it.

You can also record the meeting proceedings if allowed and get the info transcribed. Please contact me offline if interested.

Thank you,

Best regards,

Subject: [Skunkworks] Boardroom presentation projectors with touch screens

Hi Skunks

I need advise on the above solution, in that instead of using the legacy whiteboards and markers which normally you have to erase and cant re-vist the discussions or something you once wrote, I want a setup whereby you can save, recall or revisit a discussion/presentation etc.

For instance I would presume having a small touch screen (around 14") where the person heading the discussion writes on, this is projected or connected to a bigger screen for others in the boardroom to see. Now the beauty I want is ability to save this slides, open new, revisit or re-call past slide for reference etc, split or tile the slides for comparison etc and if possible once saved the posiblity to store in relevant or personalized folders or location etc per the name of the project owner, the project being discussed, or even department owners.

Rgds
