The MSISDN is mapped to the IMSI. MSISDN is what the subscribers know. Its like knowing your car number plate but it's hard to remebre Chasis number/Engine number . Both IMSI and MSISDN are unique. So you can migrate your MSISDN but keep your old IMSI meaning you are on your old network for charging and call setup issues etc
yuCash is across networks...for money transfer systems your number MSISDN is your account not the IMSI.
