It is if youre running a fleet. a saving of Ksh 2 bob a liter will make all the difference on your bottom line. Plus we need a way of ensuring compliance, im thinkin a system that highlights in red those billing above the prescribed rates would make  for a good policing strategy. <br>

Shell seems to be the cheapest in my observation, second to those Estate petrol stations  that give free Soap with every purchase over kshs. 500
