I doubt you will find a local  supplier for these type of cards since very few people use  them. Sometimes back I did look for the same locally wasn't successful and had to import them from china. Another thing to note is once you have the card with the cam most local paytv suppliers are very much unwilling to pair their smart card with the cam card but the DVD -C/T/T2 & DVB -S/S2 work perfectly for FTA signal.
