I have no info to confirm or deny such claims...neither am I fabricating any such conspiracy theories...but I'm just stating facts as I see them. Every provider I know of at the moment (even Orange at some point) is going through Seacom. Whatever TEAMS loses is gained somewhat by Seacom - in the hundreds of thousands of USD as of last month's outage.
