Actually from the rules 'top posting' is not an 'inappropriate post' .... just a recommended way of posting - I don't think it is something that will be enforced overnight.

You get 2 public warnings, then third time you try, you are permanently banned. Which means you will have to create another email account with which you register again and maybe change the names you will be using...
