@erick - you're referring to the KCB general purpose debit card. I've used it for a number of online purchases and I've had no problems at all. The card support line is also pretty responsive. I once had a guy deposit cash on that card some months back and the very next minute I was buying something thru paypal. All you need is 1k cash, your ID and one passport photo. The charges are 100 bob a month, and will be ready in 5 working days upon application.
