The data out of NSE, whether a spreadsheet converted to an xml doc, does it have an exclusive arrangement with Nelly Data or is the stocks data open to anyone to make their apps? Or is NSE charging for this data on and restricting it to some arrangments? Anti-competitive behaviour? I saw the site rick.co.ke and there are graphs there too but the sources of the stock data are not verified? Is data from NSE verified ?
Did u by any chance mean http://www.rich.co.ke/? The data on that site is usually not live, the one I have just seen now is dated 20th November. If I am not wrong, NSE makes public data for the days trading a day after?
