Been there, Done that. Headphones are very sensitive especially when shared. I am assuming you have more than one shift.

There was a jua kali guy who used to fix them for my former employer, he's at the 1st basement at Soin Arcade, Westlands.

But essentially I was more for the promotion of purchasing headphones for all staff who are involved with the use to avoid sharing and to promote responsibility. 

That way, one is able to take responsibility and possibly cost share in case of repairs, loss or damage.

Though, you might have to amend company policy to cater for this.

I am getting tired of buying top of the range headphones for the office which are spoilt by our irresponsible staff members ever so often. Cheap headphones were harder to maintain.
