@rsohan ,

To me, the morality of whether a download is legal or illegal is
inconsequential. I believe an effort to develop an infrastructure for
exchanging, downloading and sharing big files is invaluable. In whichever
form, it will allow for download of both legal and not so legal files.

What do you guys think?

Tell him he's a perfect guy to work on Ushahidi.  We're LAMP and we're
in Nairobi (and elsewhere).

I also heard on  KBC radio that tests would begin any time between November
30th to 12th December.

My questions are

-For which stations will these tests be conducted
-Where can people buy the set top  decoders knowing that these tests are a
week away
-Is there a central body to ensure standards of these gadgets
-is there subsidy on them

I think the information flow on this rollout is being mismanged
