
How about creating a community for each language? Maybe let the users of that language self regulate? My reasoning is; my interests lie in PHP and thus wading thru a list talking about Java, C#, Ruby and a whole list of others would be boring. If you are a Kenyan Developer, whether employed or freelance, the list will be open to all.
And I'll propose not to be the moderator of the mailing list. My goal is to ensure we try our level best to have this list and work with it from there.
