I had a related problem before, just ensure you have a quality cable and ensure the termination is done right, a quick check on your crimp tool might confirm that all points are okay.

Hi. The the cable is working with the nanostation but the power led is weak compared to when i use a shorter cable plus I have a cable tester and its well crimped. I still cant get what is wrong but I think its the cable with high resistance so I want to here other possible causes.

@Job, there are only 2 causes :

a) On the pairs that you are using power over, the copper in the cable is too impure and is causing in-line resistance. That means check you power supply unit, it must be heating up quite a lot.

b) The power adaptor is supplying current in milliamps eg 100mA, 200mA and is only rated for patch cable lengths.

Fix to a) : Get a high quality cable

Fix to b) : Get a higher Milliamps adapter, preferably 1000mA or 1 Amp.

HTHs.
