Allow me to digress but we have a similar phenomenon locally i.e the Safaricom vs the rest. Every other player comes with morbid death threats only for Safaricoms profits to grow the next quarter. Ignoring that they are actually good at what they do as opposed to just yapping about it fuels the detriment of the competitors product.
