What would you rather Safaricom Say?

When you moot an idea to Safaricom, it is at the realisation that technically and/or financially you lack the capacity to see the idea through. It is on the insight that Safcom is better placed to make it a reality that you approach them. You thus transfer the risk that accompanies your idea to Safcom.  As an equity investor in your idea, it is only human for safcom to think egocentric and protect it's investment and at the same time be ready to absorb any risk that comes with it. The caveat is in order. Nobody draws a contract that is not in his favor and as such don't expect Safcom to.

If your idea is hot and feel that the terms dont favour you...take it to Bharti/ex-Zain
