Some of us were lucky. I have seen most if not many volunteering to work for free just to gain experience but not even getting the opportunity. Btw, now that we are talking about the employment market, my biggest problem with humanity (I will not say Kenyans coz I have seen it worse in West Africa) is people are comfortable with coming to work daily, doing nothing and waiting for payday. Its like this has become the acceptable mode of 'I am going to work'. We have substituted performance-based remuneration with selfie-taking 'my workplace is cool' attitude! Really really depressing!
