I support what Davies Waithaka said. Land and the rate o return from land/plots is quite long term.
Businesses and shares have better return prospects but one had to do due diligence.
For accounting related courses, am sure there are thesis pertaining to prospects of new businesses, company shares, govt bonds.
They can be an eye openner if we could have access to them.
