Safaricom has been enjoying "monopoly" status in the mobile Money industry. That coupled with the fact that many of safaricoms subscribers are discontented with the service and high charges but cannot move to a different network mainly due to their mpesa and mshwari accounts puts shivers in collymores spine. People will be moving networks.
