correction kidogo :-)  Ku Band or any sat service need a LOS. 1 degree change in any direction is the equivalent of 400 miles out there, thus each satellite spacing at between satellites is 2 degrees. I suspect the matatus are using a chinese DVB-H via 3g box on a fixed rate.
