So Nokia and WorldBank have partnered to make life easier for African Mobile&#160;Techies.&#160; The goal is to assist them in access to Finance and Markets and tools requisite to test and deploy Mobile Apps.&#160; Nokia is only on board as an advisory partner and has no control over Budgets and Decisions.&#160; Thats why the following jobs are under Worldbank.&#160; Worldbank asked Nokia to come on board as their&#160;Knowledge and Technology partner&#160;based on our track record in the Mobile Space.&#160;&#160;&#160; <br />
