[Skunkworks] IP FOR 'NO IP'

Good People, Follow my logic for a moment. System 'X' *MUST* have an ip address and port number in its 'proxy settings' config. I would like to use it without the proxy since this is stopping me from doing a number of things. We are together so far? I want to set an I.P address and port number that means 'no ip' and 'no port'. Which I.P and port number would that be? -- Kind Regards, Moses Muya.
