I have always enjoyed using "Aron" chair by Herman Miller, and I have seen a van/truck driving around adverticing for them in Nairobi, so they should be available in Kenya (not sure from which vendor).
Not a cheap chair, but as you hint given the long hours in front of the computer it's worth considering the long term effect on your health/back when using a substandard chair.
