latencies are 400-600ms. If true, a big congrats to Safcom 3g on being the first GSM operator to bring seacom to kenyans via mobile networks. ( anyone pls confirm ? ). We are now + 29 hours into undersea cable going live.

Finally! Guessing the >200ms ping is an artifact of the wireless last mile?
