I am having an issue with Facebook ads.I boosted an ad sometime back and
for weird reasons I am getting the below message.
*"We were unable to charge your ad account
<https://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/billing.php?act=65828415> using Visa
*2710 because you may have reached your card limit. Please add a new
payment method or pay your card balance and try charging it again."*
I have confirmed that my card still has sufficient funds but for weird
reasons Facebook does not seem to debit me for the amount in mention.
How do I go resolving the problem so that I can boost new post on my page?

Hi for Tesla Crypt, the best you can do is ensure that it doesn't spread
further to other computers on your network.
To clean it out, boot up in safemode then go to your startup config to
check for the malware source files. Disable it from starting when your PC
start.
After that You will have to run a search on your hard drive for all files
with the offending extension (so far i've seen .CCC & .VVV) and delete
them. The only way to recover your ms office based documents is if you had
previously backed them.
