Skunks et al; One of my clients is planning to implement an ERP system to manage its customers. They however do not have all user requirements clearly and formally laid out. Therefore, I am looking for a resource with relevant experience for a period of not more than 1 month to sit at my customer site, develop an understanding of their business, document requirements and help in putting a good RFP based on the same. Listers, We inadvertently skipped the day 4 discussion since it was to be done over the weekend (Saturday 25 June 2016). As such we will back track so that we can tackle the topics which are very important. Today we focus on the following topics *Universal Access (Infrastructure) *Universal Service (PWD) *Affordable Internet broadband Services *Affordable User Devices *Public e-Literacy The Background Universal service principles are based on the fact that all citizens are entitled to basic communication rights. In other words, the government is obliged to ensure that communication signals reach all Kenyans, irrespective of their income levels, remote localities, lack of (e)literacy and/or disabilities (e.g. the blind/deaf/etc). Dear Skunks, Apparently a lot of us who are on JTL FAIBA service are dissatisfied and most us feel that the inconsistencies and ironical rudeness / arrogance by their customer service teams has left a bitter taste in our mouth. We like to support our own, but we also detest those who feel we do not matter and hence we are on twitter trying to get JTL to rectify or else #JTLExit by skunk customers will take effect. Anyone from JTL here please tell your management that our members are not happy and they better start sorting them out one at a time . Please tweet your concerns with #JTLExit Concerned Captain..
