Weird Ntework Issue

Skunks, I am facing a weird issue with a certain site. While using LAN and WIFI the site doesn't load, but when you change to modem/dongle it loads without any hitch. I can still navigate other sites except this one, trace route and ping works successfully. I ruled out this reason as follows: 1. Network, I can load other sites, and the outage is intermittent. 2. Overload on server-the site loads on dongle, and guys out side our network can still access it. 3. Machine error- it happens on more than one device, including mobile Has anyone ever seen this? -- Regards K ip , J2EE Developer. Is the Tecno Phantom A+ a strong Samsung Competitor ?

Skunks I had an opportunity to look at the Tecno Phantom A+ at their store on Mama Ngina Street and must say am impressed by what I saw. A dual sim 5.0 1.2 mhz quad core with fantastic display ( look sismilar to my S3) all for 24k plus portabl charger and case - I think these Chinese chaps are on to something. I would however wish to hear more from someone who has owned the phone for more than a month before jumping to conclusions but Im begginning to see a strong competitor to Samsung in the Mid Tier range downwards. What are your thoughts ? Kevin
