Great response Guys .I see skunkworks is the place to go if i were a County Minister for Education and I.C.T Now , on Jobs and tenders ,I am certain that this being kenya, the counties already have ' their people' for the low hanging fruit Services like Purchase of equipment and networking. But in this new Digital dispensation more opporties come to the more prepared.
