Hi. This problem lies with the smtp server and NOT your computer. The Safaricom smtp is known to reject emails that do not originate from their network...something to do with bad reputations of other networks. My solution for this was setting a separate route to the smtp server through an IP address that belongs to them. When sending emails, they clear out of the outbox and move to the sent items folder, which means they are sent. BUT, the recipients don't receive them. I have tried setting up on another machine, uninstalling the antivirus, changing from 2007 to 2013, still nothing is happening. We use network solutions. Hi All ... *TECH* PesaPal now has Instant Payment Notification - We have removed the need for Cron Jobs .. http://developer.pesapal.com/how-to-integrate/ipn We have deployed this feature on busy merchants and it is working very well *BUSINESS* If you invoice clients abroad, and are paid in Visa/MasterCard etc etc you can invoice using our invoicing feature http://blog.pesapal.com/how-to-invoice-your-clients/ Lots of tour operators are using this and the largest payment you can process is USD50,000 We plan to do a developer session about IPN and our Invoicing API
