Competitive server pricing

Does anybody know of high quality server vendors with pricing that is competitive with these guys and still high quality? http://www.siliconmechanics.com/c1246/rack-server-products.php For a $5k server, shipping costs about $700 from the US plus about $125 for import declaration fee (IDF) and apparently no VAT? I've been told that vendors in Malaysia, Taiwan and China are good but I don't know of any. Local resellers seem to focus on HP or IBM (or Dell, which I don't like) and are very expensive. If you really must, please check the Silicon Mechanics site and make sure your pricing is no more than 50% more than their's before sending stuff over.

IEBC election results

I remember there was a download made available awhile back of the election results from IEBC. Does anyone know where this archive might be? The ideal dataset would be the results at the county level in a csv. Something similar to: Baringo, XX,XX,XX,XX The data from IEBC is ridiculously large. Each archive (per constituency.. i think) weighs in at more than .5GB.

Hp startup error

My HP pavillion G6 just went off because of overheating. I tried switching it back on like i normally do after it overheats and restarts but it will not go past the ''press the esc key for startup menu''. It keeps doing that but won't proceed with the start up process. What is the problem? Thanks in advance. Kind Regards.
