For several years now I have been promising myself that I would release open source code. The truth is I never really did release anything. My excuse was always that it is not yet good enough. After several years of coding I now know that code will never be good enough to its creator. There is always that thing you did that you now want to do in a cooler way. So today I took some baby steps and release a small lean and clean jQuery plugin that takes a JS array and renders it according to a HTML based template. Ipad mails

I have an e-mail account(uses pop) is configured in a computer, a black berry and an Ipad. The blackberry and the computer are working okay. On the ipad read mails keep on reloading. Even when I delete mails on the Ipad. The Ipad can't mark/keep track of mails the user has viewed thus it keeps loading them as new mails. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Can any Search Engine make Kenyan Athlete run faster or bring Unga to your doorstep? Time for some Humour...

Ok, I've been wondering this for a while. Kenya dominates in the Athletics and does very well. I wonder if other world class runners can actually believe that a search engine will help the with the lack of abilities just by simply doing a search. The scientific research also was non conclusive whether it was genetics or altitude. The lung capacity of Kenyan athletes is not the same as those of body builders, yet Kenyans can run marathons. I've seen them do the long marathons. And so can the Ethiopians. The same goes for any sports and even that Unga. So here is the search engine query and results that tries to grow Maize : - How to grow FREE Maize. For thousands of years droughts and famine have taken its toll on man/women kind. But we have the solution. First Plow the land, plant the seeds and make sure you have water irrigation to ensure the weather cannot affect the outcome. BUT, on the ground local Weather Stations warns of low rainfall. *So back to the Search Engine = How to make rain?* Search Engine comes back with results on how to make rain! = *You've got to be kidding me. Are you freakin' stupid that you cannot make rain?* . This is how its done: - Send a plane with Oxygen cannisters and look for certain clouds. Then release the Oxygen into these high altitude clouds, but conditions may vary on wind speeds. So you send a plane to make RAIN but the Wind blows away the RAIN carrying clouds to another place that DID NOT need rain, causing Floods!. Utterly useless Search Engines, you think. Not contend with making your own rain and its failure, you decide to Import Maize. Ask the Search Engine : *Maize Exporters and Free Delivery* so as to make some profits off the freeness. The Search Engine responds = Maize Exporters A,B,C etc. Contacts are these. You import the Maize only to discover that it does not meet local requirements! Dumb Search Engine! I wanted Blue Maize not Green Maize!. Not Contend with the Search Engine, you decide its easier to just fly over to the Maize Exporters and see what they have on offer from farming to exporting. You learn many things and will apply these methods. Search Engine = I can save you on energy, just go buy alternative energy. I can give you millions of results on alternative energy. So you go buy alternative energy, and then realise that it cannot power your heater during the cold months. You are going to die because of a search engine! Time for some humour. :-) Rgds.

Thanks. I didn't know about payscale.com. Nice site. A bit of a shock at first and then I remembered that they are quoting annual salary not monthly.
