Listers The Kenya ICT Board wishes to invite comments towards the completion of the Kenya ICT Masterplan 2012-2017 being developed on bhealf of the Ministry of Information and Communication. The link to view the draft can be found here. We shall also be finalizing a Facebook page to receive comments on the same. http://www.scribd.com/doc/110892993/Kenya-ICT-Masterplan-2012-2017-For-Revi… We propose to open this out for comment for 10 days after which we shall commence the process of editing and finalisation.
