Hi Alice, The site now has a mobile view that can only be viewed when the site is accessed via a mobile phone. Any updates on how the news letters should be done? OT- How do i create traction from a good story

Hi Guys a couple of months ago some guys from google creative labs came over to the farm to do a short documentary on how people use google search. This link news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8569125.stm interested them . they did a week of shooting and it was great. my story will be part of six other stories on how people use Google Search to change lives and mine is the only story from Africa. the film will be uploaded on 19th Sep i am told this is potentialy a big deal and alot of media will take an interest in the Story. i hope you will give me tips on how to manage this interest Meanwhile in September and October i will make a tour all over my rural district of lugari in western province using a bicycle and motorcycle. my goal is to generate digital content in over 40 rural markets .obtaining g.p.s locations,phone contacts and pictures for schools,m-pesa outlets,clinics,water points, Exemplary farmers and anything of interest. using the ushahidi platform and my Leo noticeboard idea i hope to create a viable example of the potential of developing rural digital content Examples of possible outcomes -with phone contacts of all primary school maths teachers in the district and all m-pesa outlets we can have district wide test papers delivered in record time -potato farmers are able to purchase the right seed and also to market their produce together i will be sending the link to local T.V and Radio Stations and C.N.B.C ,C.N.N and B.B.C and see how it goes .

I got to test the new Samsung Galaxy Tab at the Samsung Shop along Mama Ngina Street. Im still drooling over it in the office. They plan to sell it next week and cost price will be 89,000 for 16 GB model. ( I wonder why people sell these gadgets in Kenya as if one is paying bride price but thats for another day) However I now know why apple is suing. Add the honeycomb experience with a superior Super amoled Screen its just WOW. Kev
