What the...they even know where I am?

Fellow Skunks, I have been playing around with Google+ and noticed that the "Add location" thingy shows exactly where I am...i.e..."Moi Avenue, Nairobi"...For Skunksville's sake...how do they do that...???? I usually thought you can see the general Location if an IP (e.g. Nairobi or Kenya) but if they can see the street where I am, does that mean they know where I am right now...it's kinda scary... Timo.

Tools for identifying Domains by IP address

Hello, I have a text log with thousands of public IP addresses and I want a quick way to identify the domains where they belong. I am profiling traffic on an old proxy server whcih only stores raw Ip addresses. I am sure there is a tool out there which can generate the domain names without me keying in 1 ip after the other in a whois site. Kindly point me to the right direction

Skunks legal funds kitty

This is just an idea and but I was thinking what if skunks was able to collect funds to be used to take up legal matters that affect ICT. Case in point is the case of safaricon being brought down by Kenic. Whether you are for or against it the matter does bring up certain pertinent issues regarding free speech and the Internet in Kenya. If we had a volunteer legal team or a funds kitty we could address the matter in court. For those saying that we should not go against the big dogs I'd say remember they are driven to make profits and not social well being and rule of law. Just my 3 otonglos on the matter.
