Hi Skunks, Skunketts and Skunklings, My Huawei E160 modem is not reading an 8gb micro sd, does this mean that there is a limit to the capacity that the modem can handle? Timo.

Anyone got the email address(es) for the Zuku Support manager or a direct phone number. My 8Mbps (fibre) link has been so slow since January (1Mbps and sometimes less). And now any emails I send to zukucanhelp(a)gmail.com or support(a)ke.wananchi.com are not replied to. And it is impossible to get through on 020 329 2000, the calls are just dropped. I am at my wits end. Any help appreciated. -- Regards Brian Ngure

Hi all, My Nokia E72 can not access any site/service that uses a secure connection (https) for example gmail. Is there anybody who has experience this? And how did they sort it out? Any help will be highly appreciated. Regards James

Since the local mobile phone industry took off a decade ago, there has been a both a knowledge and policy gap to give direction on what consumer engagement should be in matters related to mobile. The knowledge gap has seen many marketing managers and business owners shy away from implementing mobile strategies for their businesses, which in this day and age should be one of the central pillars to any marketing strategy. Often times, the mobile network operators get the call enquiring on how to go about running a promotion or what it would take to market on operator inventory. The operators, while being key players in the ecosystem don't have this as their core business and as such would not be in a position to fully address and direct the queries.
