Have heard no problems with them, I received money with it many times. The only thing is my account is US based, I dont think it will work for you guys in Kenya. I gave them a call about a year ago and asked why they don't allow withdrawals from Kenya and they pointed towards US banking regulations... which by the way are even getting tougher and tougher. It is unfortunate large public bodies like this continue to use public email systems like Yahoo! to conduct official business.
