Hey Al Kags, It's been a whole working day since u posted your request and so far no real progress, just words of advice here and there and I don't think you'll get more than that. Give this thing 2 more days. If people aint stepping up or are not available, take the budget, find a company that can do it (Kenya, Africa, the World, even Martians) and get the work done. It's great that you threw in the idea in the list. I do hope a Skunk(ette) team will take it up. BTW: With freelancers you have a risk: People have their own psychological, behavior, etc issues. I hope the time line of the project includes time for the freelance team to get to know one another. [on behalf of Connie J Kendig, ISOC] Dear Colleagues, The Internet Society has announced that it is seeking applications for the next round of the ISOC Fellowship to the IETF program, part of its Future Internet Leaders program (www.isoc.org/leaders) The program offers engineers from developing countries fellowships that fund the cost of attending an Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) meeting. As you know, the IETF is the Internet's premier standards-making body, responsible for the development of protocols used in IP-based networks. IETF participants represent an international community of network designers, operators, vendors, and researchers involved in the technical operation of the Internet and the continuing evolution of Internet architecture. Fellowships will be awarded through a competitive application process. The Internet Society is currently accepting fellowship applications for the next two IETF meetings: * IETF 76 being held in Hiroshima, Japan, 8-13 November 2009 * IETF 77 being held in Anaheim, USA, 21-26 March 2010 Up to six fellowships will be awarded for each IETF meeting. Wassup Skunks, Got this strange reading from my 'df -h' output on Sol 10: Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on ... /dev/md/dsk/d30 9.6G 8192E 0K 92365229983016% /var ... >From 'du -sh *' of / it shows that the size of '/var' is 1.7G.
