You can send and recieve money, buy and sell stuff on the net using paypal as long as the site and/or services in use support it. If you selling something on ebay or recieving cash from one fo your relas abroad, so long as they are able to use paypal, it's as easy as abc..... IMS Networks + IPTV in Kenya?

Hi good people, i need to know if any IMS networks have been deployed in kenya, and if so how independent are they from the existing GSM/GPRS -are they piggy-backing on these networks? And also if anyone has interacted with a SIP deployed IPTV app. what was the streaming quality, type of compression and bandwidth utilization? I'll be more than greatful! Its kind of necessary. Torrents - What is the Secret?

Hi folks, I am not the type that is quite enthusiastic about torrents but looks like I have to learn - and I think it's better to hear the diversity of reasons on this forum. What makes torrents a better/attractive way to download/share files? How can I speed up a torrent download? I mean, can I trick the app/system into downloading faster? I have to download a 2.7GB file over a 128/256Kbps link. This is normally not a problem if it's a regular file as I can get it down in a day or so using Download Accelerator.
