Hi people I have fusion 100 modems that you can interface for with your software system for bulk sms. They can be programmed with wavecom AT commands and then interface with an application to send and receive sms. The same can be interface with a server to do mobile banking. If you are a developer, and especially a developer on the .NET platform you might be interested in attending the Africa.NET monthly usergroup meeting at the Silver Springs Hotel, this Saturday 30 May from 9 to 1. There will be a few presentations and demos, and *lots of free swag*. I have a couple of DVDs of SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008 and Windows Vista to give away, as well as training vouchers There will be a introductory session from followed by the main session and finally an open Q&A session. Is it just me or we absolutely have negligible amount of local content on the web. I was once looking out for a procedure of paying elec using mpesa, something i thought should be all over but alas!! Natd on FreeBSD 7.0

Greetings All, Am running FreeBSD 7.0 on ET/BWMGR appliance. Ive hit a snag when trying to start natd, the box freezes. On googing ive found that it seems tobe a bug in natd within FreeBSD 7.0 but no work around is provided. Anyone on this list with a possible solution. I've run out of support licence for this box so even if Denis wanted to help, he cant without $$$. Any help is welcome. Alex

Postfix maildir.

Good evening, Is it possible to have postfix save mail in a database table instead of flat file /home/vmail/[domain]/[user] after having set up virtual users? Is there a special reason why it should ALWAYS save there? Any help on this would be HIGHLY appreciated. safaricom internet

I use safcom modem frequently, and I've noticed something wierd about their internet like: -At times I cannot get through my server (i.e http). The same is accessible on other networks. The problem is usually on and off, and cant seem to figure reason why. I also noticed the same problem in connecting to other servers, like at the moment I cant connect to "http://www.opensuse.org/" among others. Try to ping the same I get "uknown host" -Also the rendering of some pages on the browser(firefox and konqueror) seem to be affected, like - cant load the stylesheet of goole analytics once logged in. Again the same works well on other networks. Maybe the problem is just on myside....how and why???

At the TED viewing last evening the lady who is a writer {Cant remember her name} gave a talk on creativity and where it comes from or rather where its believed to come from. In my opinion she was very right, just last week there was an article associating creativity and insanity or mental disorder, In this article various individuals famous for their brilliant work and insane behavior were mentioned e.g. Michael Jackson - Child abuse, Plastic surgery linked to change of sex Whitney Houston - drug abuse so on so forth Most of us undergo strange sessions while realizing ideas.... Could the theory of Demons and Genies be true? ... I believe It.
