James, I'm not sure what the other providers are seeing, but our best performing markets are actually in other middle-class markets like westlands. Whats with safaricom? They tell me i do not have sufficient funds. I load Ksh 250, then they tell me in the sms ,You have Ksh 268 balance (as in they were hiding the 18 bob????) Now they tell me i dont have insufficient fund so i should okoa jahazi, I try to and they tell me I dont qualify ( because my account is not at 0) But when I try send an sms or call they say its empty.... Sasa hawa watu????What is happening?

hi, I was reading this article on nation online http://www.nation.co.ke/magazines/smartcompany/-/1226/822412/-/r6funyz/-/in… and was wondering what Dr. Ndemo meant when he says "... though, that for ICT techies a simple modem could do." Does this mean that we as techies could link up a modem to an aerial and viola - dtv? Does anyone know of a retail outlet where the set top boxes are available. What about tv tuner cards are they digital? thanks.
