That's a tall order asking Queen Bee to open up its agent network! The recent ruling on Digital Broadcast license had in it excerpts that accused CCK of overstepping its mandate, may be this another case. We can only wait to see what will unfold. Is this akin to the Central Bank asking a dominant bank to allow its branches to be operated jointly by other banks? Or should the regulator focus on interoperability of the technology network?
