Whatsapp needs to realize that the only way its voice calls can be of any quality is if the mobile Carrier themselves have capacity and at the same time are able and willing to prioritize their voice traffic. Unlike skype, whatsapp can only be installed on phones and therefore is totally dependent on the people it is trying to compete. Based on that alone i think the article below is way off.
