Thanks for bringing up this initiative. when I joined ISOC, I was surprised that Kenya did not have an ISOC Chapter when Rwanda had one in spite of our very robust internet community. I believe the threshold for convening a chapter is 25? Let us from this quickly online and convene a meeting as soon as possible. I would feel very proud to see an ISOC Kenyan Chapter come to life. Let us actualize this!!!
