Greetings, This is great material that can be used By ISOC Kenya chapter membership committee. MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE Mandate ---------------------- A. Define types of membership, active and inactive, individual, corporate etc and methods of such engagement and partnership B. Develop and negotiate agreements and MoU's and other type of partnerships and modalities of engagement. C.Ensure that such agreements and MoU's are honoured by the society and the other parties concerned as per agreements. D. Provide to the executive timely reports E.
