Ballots were sent to all except those whose date of registration to the Chapter was after 1st March 2014 or those who had not provided all required details (5 in number). By close of the voting period on 23rd March at 11.59 pm, we received 26 filled ballots. In verifying the ballots, it was noted that there were 7 which had strange ISOC numbers. The committee ruled them as spoilt votes. One had an ISOC number alternating digits One had an ISOC number alternating digits (i.e ABCED instead of ABCDE) and it was found to be an honest mistake. Of the 19 valid votes, Charles Oloo has 10 and Barrack Otieno 9. Attached please find an analysis of the votes. Members with any queries or objections may write to us at isoc_ke_electioncommittee@googlegroups.com on or before the end of today. -- Grace L.N.
