Hi Dan, I do apologize for not adding your name, there was a paper going round for members to write their names and contact details, you might have missed that. In every meeting I try capturing as much as possible and our notes may vary depending on how we arrange the contents, however if I had missed something please feel free to mention to the list so that we can have a rich discussion. Don't be shocked brother, you were present and that need to be corrected. Minutes has significant value of capturing the true proceedings of the meeting, and it so depend on the design of the note-taker. However Liz can respond on that as she is the author of the minutes.
