In relation to the research team, I have been in touch with Richard and we are discussing ways on how to
write the concept paper for the Open Source project.
Daniel and the rest who had expressed willingness in working on the project will be communicated to in the course of week
as relates to the project work plan.
In the mean time, we still invite more to the research team as we need more ideas.

your update on Launch Team Task: Spoke with Barrack and most industry players are engaged
in regional meetings which would mean they would not be available
within this month to facilitate the launch as envisioned.
The next ISOC KE meeting on Saturday may guide on the next steps for the Launch Team to act.
