Hi Judy, hi all, I absolutely agree - there's not point in rushing the Chapter application - as the IGF is approaching very quickly indeed. It is important to reach consensus and have everybody involved in this process, which of course might take some time, but would allow you to start on a good basis. As Judy mentions below, it would just be good to make sure that the process keeps moving and doesn't get stalled at some point, but I'm very confident that this will not be the case here, as you are all well on track. my view; our chapter formation is not in anyway attached with the IGF , it can happen before, during or after...what we should avoid is dragging it for too long.
Secondly, the idea is good, we could dissect the "C" and any other and probably just read out the report in the next meeting and come with a consensus.
