As stated in a previous e-mail, the agenda of the Thursday 21st March meeting will mainly be to form a Working Group (WG) to oversee the proper execution of the Kenya IGF. 

Among the items that are necessary and need to be addressed in the WG agenda are:

1.  Budget: Crafting a Budget

2.  Sponsors: Soliciting Sponsors

3.  Programme: The Kenya IGF Programme

4.  Theme: Creating the this year's Kenya IGF theme

5.  Presentations: Inviting stakeholders to make presentations on various IG issues.
