@McTim, @GG, all; Stakeholders: It's a good idea to have multi-sectoral representation, different stakeholder groups bring different value. While at it, we should also consider including the media. Relationship with ccTLD: Sign a partnership agreement with the ccTLD registry, maybe more beneficial to both entities.
