Dear Listers, During our last meeting we established two working groups one on the Chapter formation process and another one on membership. Chapter Formation was to be led by McTim and at this juncture we would wish to request him to direct us on the next steps, for membership we also request Judy and Tim to tell us what is required, i have a draft copy of bylaws which i will circulate on the list.
