I received communication of the election results from the chair a while ago.
I wish applaud the Committee for the job, and wish to thank all members who voted for me and also those who voted for Barrack. That is democracy and we need to cultivate it.
With the release, at least now our nervousness is over and I wish to apologize to the election team for having to bear with our anxiety over the last two days.
This is the first election for ISOC Kenya and the challenges have provided an experience that we will have to improve on in the future.
To Barrack, I still respect you as a pioneer of the Chapter and hope that we shall still work together to drive the Chapter's objects forward.
I also wish to thank and congratulate the other elected officers and look forward to working together.
Commitment to earlier promises stands and the office will be open to all membership.
